Hello EAS families!
We hope that week one of school was a success and that students, volunteers, and staff enjoyed their time at Camp Hamilton.
We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves to you. We are Beth McIntire and Lindsey Yocum, your PTO Co-Presidents for the year. During the summer, our board worked on developing a new website for PTO. Our goal is for this site to provide information about PTO opportunities, donation requests, and elective payments.
Currently, the PTO’s most pressing ask is for donations from members. We need an average of $425 per student to keep existing EAS programs running. Please review some important information below.
Donations Our donation ask of $425 per student is a sizable increase from the $200 per student goal we’ve had in the past. We recognize that donations are optional while also acknowledging that EAS programs require additional funding. We understand and appreciate that some families won’t be able to give at this level, so we ask you to give what you can. If you can give less, please do. If you can give more, please do. Our goal is to ensure that ALL students have an opportunity to experience the unique programs EAS offers.

Corporate Matching One way for PTO to lower our ask per student is for donations and/or volunteer hours to be matched through your employer. Please make sure to list EAS PTO when you submit your matching requests.
Zelle In order to avoid processing fees, PTO will continue to collect donations and elective payments through Zelle. You will find instructions linked on the website.
